ORVE Virtual Registry Office for Entities
ORVE Virtual Registry Office for Entities is an application for registry exchange between Registry Offices that allows for the digitization of paper documents submitted by citizens at the office and electronically sending them to the destination instantly, regardless of their geographical location or competent administration level.
It is a cloud-based application that enables the digitization and electronic signing of documents presented at the registry office counter and the exchange of registry entries through the Registry Interconnection System (SIR).
ORVE allows for the digitization of paper documents submitted by citizens at registry offices and electronically sending them to the destination instantly, regardless of their geographical location or competent administration level.
To request the ORVE service, it is necessary to sign a Adhesion Agreement.
THE VIRTUAL REGISTRY OFFICE (ORVE)
In response to the needs for improvement and efficiency of the Public Administration and service to citizens, the Virtual Registry Office (ORVE) has been developed.
ORVE is a cloud-based electronic administration service offered to all Public Administrations, allowing for the digitization of paper documents submitted by citizens at registry offices and electronically sending them to the destination instantly, regardless of their geographical location or competent administration level.
This submission is recorded in the General Electronic Registry of the AGE with full legal validity according to Law 39/2015 and transmitted to the destination through the Registry Interconnection System, with a format and data structure according to the Technical Interoperability Standard SICRES 3.0.
The paper documentation is returned to the citizen and is not stored, archived, or forwarded; only the image of the documents is forwarded. That is, paper is eliminated in registry offices and citizen service points, which are the gateway to the Administration.
REQUIREMENTS
ORVE is a cloud service and does not require installation or maintenance tasks by the interested organization. However, the user organization must:
- Be affiliated with an agreement or collaboration agreement for the use of the service.
- Have Internet or SARA Network connection on PCs at registry offices.
- Have a valid digital certificate for its users (required for accessing ORVE and signing documents).
- Have equipment for digitizing documents.
- Transfer and comply with digitization procedures and use of offices integrated into the Registry Interconnection System.
