Portafirma - electronic signature
Port@firma is a component for integrating signatures into organizational workflows.
- Allows signing requests using the @firma signature client.
- Allows creating signature authorizations for signing by delegation or substitution.
- "Visto Bueno" (Approval) can be included in the signature flow.
- Allows separating users of port@firmas into separate units or headquarters.
- Publishes web services for integration with workflow applications.
There are two cloud portafirma services:
- General Portafirma (AGE): for General State Administration agencies

Portafirm Features
Access to the application according to different profiles:
- Access. Only grants access to the application.
- Drafting. Allows drafting requests.
- Signature. Allows signing requests.
- Site Administrator. Access to options for managing users of the specific site.
- Administrator. Total administrator role of the application.
Request management in different trays according to their status. Definition of labels to organize signature requests within trays. Request search. Predefined request filters. Drafting of signature flows.
Functional Description
The Portafirma is a tool for generating signature flows and electronically signing documents using the signer's digital certificate.
Portafirma Web Services
In addition, a series of Web Services are made available to users who wish to integrate their applications with Portafirm, for the automatic submission of requests.
- Document signing.
- Download of the document signature and signature reports with Secure Verification Code (CSV).
- Generation of signature request templates.
- Ability to invite users to Portafirm.
The repository of the Portafirm mobile project @firma is available on GitHub. It is an environment in development and in continuous evolution, therefore there may be incomplete materials and software with flaws. No responsibility is assumed in this regard.
